Direct Hire Placements

A direct hire is a full- or part-time position that an architectural or engineering client needs filled. With this agreement, the employee will immediately be on the client’s payroll. StaffAE will forward résumés to the hiring manager, set up the interviewing process and help negotiate benefits and salary for each candidate.
